Hundimientos y calles colapsadas en Torreón son parte de los daños que generaron las precipitaciones registradas hace más de una semana como parte de los remanentes del huracán “Hanna”. En puntos como la zona Centro de la ciudad, las lluvias que se mantuvieron de forma intermitente, si bien no generaron severas inundaciones como en años pasados, sí hicieron evidente la mala calidad de los trabajos realizados. También el sector oriente registró daños que se han ido agravando por la falta de atención de las autoridades.
