Cruento ataque en Pakistán

Pakistán ha sufrido seis grandes ataques desde la celebración de las elecciones legislativas el pasado 18 de febrero.
Las autoridades paquistaníes han declarado el estado de “alerta máxima” en todo el país para prevenir nuevos atentados.
Las imágenes difundidas por las televisiones mostraron el inmueble de la FIA totalmente resquebrajado y con muchos de los tabiques derrumbados, por lo que se teme que el número de víctimas pueda aumentar mientras avanzan las tareas de rescate.
La Oficina Federal de Investigación, de siete plantas, se encuentra en una concurrida área comercial donde había muchas tiendas abiertas y cientos de personas.
Dos personas que iban en un turismo detonaron su carga explosiva cuando se encontraban en las inmediaciones de la oficina gubernamental de la agencia de publicidad, según fuentes policiales.
La otra explosión tuvo lugar en un barrio residencial conocido como la “ciudad modelo” de Lahore, y causó la muerte de al menos cuatro personas, entre ellas dos niños, según “Geo TV”.
En el momento del ataque, 14 personas estaban siendo interrogadas en la séptima planta del edificio, entre ellos dos sospechosos de ser terroristas suicidas que habían sido detenidos durante esta semana en Lahore, capital de la provincia oriental del Punjab.
Con 22 muertos hasta el momento -entre ellos 13 agentes-, el atentado más sangriento fue el cometido en la FIA, donde, según una fuente oficial, un suicida se hizo estallar en la puerta y otro más lo hizo ya en el interior del edificio.
Las explosiones, separadas por una distancia de unos 15 kilómetros, fueron obra de terroristas suicidas que se hicieron estallar, según confirmaron fuentes oficiales.
El otro antentado se registro en una zona residencial de la urbe con el objetivo de atacar una agencia de publicidad gubernamental.
Uno de los ataques fue ejecutado contra la sede de la Oficina Federal de Investigación (FIA), que ha quedado destrozada.
Tan sólo una semana después de un atentado suicida contra el colegio naval de la urbe, otros dos ataques tuvieron lugar en dos puntos de la ciudad en torno a las 09.20 de la mañana hora local.
Dos ataques suicidas acabaron con la vida de al menos 26 personas y causaron heridas a más de cien.
La ciudad paquistaní de Lahore, en el Este del país, volvió a sufrir la violencia terrorista.
