Vestidos con plumas, cintas y atuendos de colores, los Kalpulli Yaocenoxtli se conjuraron este lunes delante de la sede del juicio contra Derek Chauvin, el expolicía acusado de matar al afroamericano George Floyd, para pedir el fin de la brutalidad contra las minorías en Estados Unidos. Este grupo, cuyo nombre significa guerreros de la primera flor del nopal en náhuatl, una lengua indígena de México que existe, por lo menos, desde el siglo V, hipnotizó con sus tambores y bailes a los más de 300 asistentes que acudieron a la manifestación para exigir un veredicto "duro" contra Chauvin, tras el inicio hoy de las deliberaciones del jurado.
